Happy full Buck Moon, when the deer are in full velvet! This is also called the Thunder Moon! 🦌🌩️🌕 It’s a good day for a game night - try your luck! Winning may bring success, and if you lose… well, there’s always luck in love! 🧶

Three twisted hanks of yarn in shades of brown and white on a white background

My Tour de Fleece output: - one 4-oz skein (green, probably 100% wool, no label) - one larger skein (blue/pink/white, wool/silk blend, no label) - a start on a third 4-oz skein (yellow/red/white), 80% Shaniko 20% silk, colorway "The Sun" from Dye Mad Yarns.

Two skeins of hand-spun yarn and two bobbins with some spun fiber on them. My wheel is also in the frame.

I’m on holiday in England watching First Night at the Proms and knitting something for myself. I went to see the name of the color. And other than it being a year later, this is spot on for my mood at the moment. @dyemadyarns.bsky.social with another winner of a color.

Pretty yarn and a label saying Camp Mom June 25.

APPALACHIAN VIOLET These lovely, often overlooked plants have violet flowers and heart-shaped leaves both packed with vitamins and minerals. A handful leaves can contain as much Vitamin C as several oranges! Historically, these violets were made into teas for comforting grief and heartache. 🥲💔
