Did anyone else see it on premiere night? #residentevil

★★★½ review of Resident Evil (2026) • Popfeed

I like movies about the journey and this delivered (courier pun) The long snowy night felt immersive in a way that normally only games do. Think about how much walking you do in RE. Most movies would cut that out and focus primarily on the action and exposition, but this movie recognizes the suspense building potential in slowing everything down and simplifying it to one goal: GET THERE. The movie really doesn't go beyond it's elevator pitch and I think it works for the most part, although I wouldn't have minded if there was a B-plot that added 30 mins to the movie and some extra world building, building the stakes even higher. I think a good B-plot would also help lessen the blow of the weak 3rd act. Knowing what I do from the games, the ending felt too abrupt. The movie could've benefited by showing the leveling of Racoon City or at least the priming of the nukes. i still think most people would have a good time regardless

it's now easy to browse an author's tagged posts and explore other things across the atmosphere! oh and if you don't want other posts showing up on your blog, you can toggle that off in settings!

You can now buy a signal account with no phone #! It's just 3 dollars! This is great for agents and stuff since now you don't have to try and get a phone number just so your agent can text you on signal :D

Blacksky was one of the 1st PDSs to allow open sign ups We are also now the largest PDS deployment that doesn't run any of bsky's code Sorry for the turbulence. It was the one-time price to pay for being able to build features like private accounts or sign-in via phone number w/o waiting on Bluesky

@postgame.at Is a digital/physical library feature in the works?Like how on Backloggd you can say if you have your game on a specific storefront like steam, epic, GOG, or if on disc or cartridge for a specific console. I have 2000+ games and need to see where I have it if I want to access it fast 🏁
