An alleged pedophile promoting a book by another alleged pedophile is a professional courtesy.

Very heartening news out of Missouri and Kansas. I know all of us here are by definition Terminally Online, but it gives me a lot of hope for the future of our country that folks are rejecting blatant authoritarianism and crony corporatism more and more.

And of course to hear about Todd Blanche is to hear about Jeffrey Epstein and all the ways the Trump Administration is dancing around Trump's long association with the serial rapist/trafficker.
This is another way we live in rape culture; we live in a culture where we have to hear about monstrosity all the time. Sometimes I look at those top stories lists and wonder if I'm the only one who notices that two or three or four of the ten are about violence against women.
It's demoralizing living in a nonstop Abuse-a-thon: we've had to learn the sordid details of so many men's abhorrent behavior; I mean this summer has been Graham Platner, Andrew Tate, Jared Leto, Max Miller, plus the horrific L.A. rape-murder of the child by the rapper, to name a few lowlights.
On nights like this it’s kinda wild that @abbydphillip & @CNN don’t feel the need to mention @ScottJenningsKY’s podcast bosses at Salem Media are running a pro-Israel influence operation — and that he gets paid by them while he’s on CNN trashing Bernie, @AbdulElSayed, etc
Thank you to everyone who voted today. And a special thank you to everyone who volunteered and helped at the polls! 💚

These are insane numbers. If El-Sayed wins after being outspent by this much, wow, watch out!
Republicans have to believe that either Max Miller is lying and despicable or Bernie Moreno is lying and despicable. It’s a binary choice based on what they both said today. Both cannot be telling the truth. The senator is making false accusations or the congressman is an abuser.
Voters in Kansas saw through a blatant political power grab and sent a message — our courts are not for sale.
