Really clever in Hadestown the way they put the story in a more modern setting, but not completely. The imagery of Hades as this industrial baron adds this new dimension that we can connect to from a modern perspective, while not stripping the myth of its fantastical qualities.

I routinely see kids products that come in the 2 options "Dinosaur" or "Unicorn"- which apart from the obvious, annoys me because one gets science and one gets mythology. This could easily be fixed by swapping dinosaurs with dragons, or, hear me out, aggressively marketing Cambrian sea life to girls
