Might I recommend the Games Without AI discord. I know at least 15 demos that are in the Next Fest and do not use AI. (One of them's mine - Meander.) Also the Totemist and Thornspell are in the Next Fest... no AI in either. Maybe a starter pack specifically for this might be useful?
