Seeing BJ (with Pinhead Gunpowder) play this close was a pretty rad experience.

so uh yeah this is David Bruckner, who wrote & directed Hellraiser 2022, holding a vinyl copy of my album that was inspired by that movie, along with the handwritten note i sent him thanking him for making it & in turn inspiring me that's pretty fucking cool eversonpoe.bandcamp.com/album/enough...

HOLD ONTO YOUR TITS, ITS THE RELEASE OF THE YEAR! Includes my commentaries on Latin Quarter + Lighthouse Keepers, and (with @thehorrorchick.bsky.social + Mr B) video essays on Wizard of Gore + the many adaptations of Andre De Lorde's proto home invasion play Au Telephone (Lois Weber! It’s never too late to transition. I’m 50 and it fully hit me at 45. I dived in and started HRT. Never let anyone tell you it’s too late.

I love living in Chicago and views we have.

Tonight's final Lunar Eclipse time lapse.

Like a number of people, I saw Tim Curry in RHPS as a kid and his performance/character 100% broke my brain wide open. I always tell my mom it’s absolutely her fault I’m the way I am from taking me to see it when I was maybe 10 years old.

4yrs as of today

Oh, that’s just Lilly Wachowski walking down my street as I’m about to go into my building. Ain’t no big thang.

Holy fuck - this new old Cramps lp is ridiculously amazing! It took 20 years but it’s finally been unleashed. This has shit that even as a hardcore Cramps fan I’ve never heard or was aware of being recorded. I cannot wait to hear what else is coming along from Vengeance Records.

I’m back, Chicago. Missed this city and culture so much even tho I was only gone for 5 days.

We all start somewhere.

I reeeeaallllyyy hope this turns out to be a fantastic series. There is so much that can be done with the Blade Runner universe that hasn’t been tapped yet.

First look at BLADE RUNNER 2099. Hunter Schafer & Michelle Yeoh star. A brand new television series. Set 50 years after Blade Runner 2049, in a world where replicants have emerged on top after an uprising. Coming soon to Prime Video.

We all start somewhere.
