people tend to think that bipolar makes you more likely to lie (or be mistaken) about sexual assault that didn't happen, but in my experience, both as a peer counselor and somebody who reads the research, it's FAR more likely you'll blame yourself and accept it as punishment for your behavior
wait'll you hear about what regularly happens to people with bipolar hypersexuality, both men and women (10% of men and 22% of women say they were raped while experiencing this symptom, and many are not believed or even recorded when they report because of their behavior prior)
