My dog ate the cat’s puke last night. This morning, I awoke to melodious borborygmus coming from the dog’s belly. I got a contact mic and recorded her stomach while I fell back asleep. I’m now composing music around this recording. I’d been waiting for a bolt of inspiration. It finally arrived.
