im always excited when webcomic creators make their own site, but not everyone knows what a site needs! i'd recommend adding: - about page (the comic AND you) - archive page - cast page - extras page (art, fanart etc) - links page/sidebar (where to find you elsewhere AND other comics you read)

The thing about the comics industry under the boys club, those 60+ victims are probably more “blacklisted” than any of these guys ever will be. Then w/ this announcement, it tells all their future victims, don’t bother either. Never forget, a lot of these victims just wanted to make comics too.

This goes for all art. All mediums. As others have said: it’s not enough to be anti AI art. You also have to be PRO the art you like if you want it to continue to exist. Like indie comics? Buy them. Support the artists. Attend local fairs/cons. Share. Tell others. Leave reviews.

i briefly worked at a local fast food joint that would give every employee one of these. the restaurant didn't use them, they were just for employees so they could get free drinks at work. that was honestly a great perk (and i got to keep the cup)
