It's probably not the worst - I know many who love it - but it was the 1st movie I walked out of. Waking into the theater I passed an Asteroids video game, sat down, movie started, about 15 min in I thought "This might not be for me, and I have quarters in my pocket". Xanadu 1980

Peter Clines@peterclines.com · 3mo agoI remember interviewing @chriseigeman.bsky.social about his movie TURN THE RIVER, where he has a silent, almost unnoticable cameo. He said it was originally a larger part he knew he might have to cut, and he didn't want to give it to someone else and then have to tell them they weren't in the movie.

The last time trump addressed congress, and the Dems help up little signs w different messages, I found it both silly and toothless. But if the next time he addresses congress, and ALL the dems silently held little signs that said "Quiet Piggy", oh I think I would cheer.
