All my talk of banning horses reads as wacky exaggeration, but this is not a joke to me. One-ton work animals don't belong in a dense, loud, modern city. They're insanely powerful and unpredictable, which usually results in killing themselves. Now a kid is dead. This should have stopped years ago.
