If someone stops being your friend because they find out you’re a babyfur, whether by your own means or indirectly, and they can’t stand to try to understand or listen to reason, then they weren’t a true friend in the first place.

Ultimately the people who insist that art be sexless are also the ones that want it to be lifeless. Unless you're really committed to only doing the most anodyne, inoffensive pap imaginable this isn't a road you want to go down regardless of your interest in sex, specifically, as a theme.
