One thing about this Max Miller story that I don't see much talked about is the way he seems to have surreptitiously taped his wife and daughter for many years. In a way, it's even creepier than the violence allegations.
Not only was she loudly right about everything and reviled for it, in 2017 O'Connor donated 30 years worth of clothes and makeup to trans girls in Ireland.

also what we learned from the Cold war in Asia is that it's kinda hard to come up with a plan to use nukes that is both effective and doesn't start WWIII
The thing about tactical nukes is that we deployed them across Asia during the Cold War but withdrew them starting in the 70s (Japan/Okinawa, Taiwan, Philippines) because they were security/logistical/political headaches and basically made obsolete by sea and CONUS based forces.

Bay Area friends: would you consider opening your home to these two cuddly cats? A friend found them behind a gas station. Their sibling, a black cat, got adopted, but it appears no one likes orange cats. They are being kept in a bathroom for the time being and need a home.
