we as a society need to have more empathy for customer service agents who are just trying to do their jobs. no, they're not trying to do these things on purpose, sometimes it's just out of their hands. remember there's an actual person on the other side of the screen.

There is nothing freaky about it, stop calling it that. Stop treating blindness like an accessory in character design to make it creepy
