What a litany of governmental negligence and outright dismissal of service members’ trauma. The VA system has never, ever been adequate in their attitude towards veterans, their services or their care. The VA hospitals have never been adequately funded.

A Democratic lawmaker has introduced new legislation aimed at ensuring troops injured or killed during U.S. operations against Iran receive the same benefits and recognition afforded to service members wounded or killed in officially designated combat zones.

The Trump administration has a duty to be honest about the true human cost of their war with Iran. Concealing the number of Americans killed or wounded is an insult to those who served and sacrificed.

Starbucks’ CEO made 6,666x more than the company's median employee in 2024. In 2025, he made 1,794x more. And we're supposed to believe Starbucks can't afford to bargain a fair contract with its unionized workers? I will continue my boycott of Starbucks.

As a high schooler in the early 70s I picked up this book and I was changed. It has stayed with me all these years later, making me question EPA head Lee Zeldin now allowing formerly banned chemicals to be used by farmers on our food. WTAF!

However, big chemical companies have plenty of toxic pesticides still on sale. Big fights in Europe & UK trying to get them banned.
