There's been so many cases of them using AI even when artists didn't even request to fix anything - they just casually 'extended' some artwork when folks asked for a reprint. Also a reminder that vista print is a company you should consider avoiding anyway:

⚠️ Just a heads up art friends!!! VISTA PRINT is running stuff through AI if you ask for fixes! My friend made a shirt through them to wear for a con and the first print was too dark so she asked them to please fix it so they uh i guess ran it through AI? stop using vista print
