We need to redo our deck railing. I was connected to a reputable contractor. He has worked in ALX & extensively in DC. City staffer is asking for his VA & ALX biz licenses, which he may not have. He has a DC license, which seems like it should be enough. Who is all of this leaving better off? (1/?)
