#showmeyourknits this weeks is shawls - the one that started it all! 😄 To celebrate the start of a new year of #showmeyourknits I went to find the first shawl I ever knitted, which was the FunFunFun Shawl in August 2018! I decided to pair it with my most recent shawl the Imagineur! 🧶✨

The stripe a day socks are finished!! These are going to be replaced with pickerwheel socks, the basic plan will be to a knit stripe, and continue as long as I spin a yes! For #Wipwednesday the second of my garden themed socks are on the needles and this week's squares. 🧶🧡 #knitsky #crochetsky

Weekend knitting!! 🥰🧶 This is the Midnight Hare Fingerless Mitts pattern by Folk Hattie, modified to include a thumb gusset and 2x2 ribbing. Inspired by the Snowshoe hare, and knitted in Aldert yarns sock yarn! ✨💙💛🤍✨ #knitsky #knitting

#showmeyourknits: I've only knitted two patterns twice, not of lack of love for all my knitted objects, but because there are way too many beautiful patterns to knit. The first one I knitted twice was the #FittedJacket by #KariHaugen, the other one was #AFlutterPoncho by #MarinJaKnit

It's #showmeyourknits 2nd birthday, and a it's so nice I made it twice theme! 💕🧶 The first photo has 3 of my all time favourite knits, I've knitted these at least 3 times each and the second one is my favourite designer and three pair of mitts that I've knitted twice! Patterns in comments ☺️

Squeezing in one last #showmeyourknits textures! Inspired by @veg-grower.bsky.social gorgeous linen stitch cowls, I decided to start one too!! Absolutely loving it!! 😁🧶 This one is going to be knitted entirely from scrap, I'm using a large pile of odd undyed DK, and rainbow gradient of Rios! ❤️🩷💜💙💚

Loving this week's #showmeyourknits textures prompt! 🧶 My lastest FO is the Squash Blossom Hat and I love the textures created by the twisted stitches and lace in this pattern! With the hat we have a gem squash! I did have a blue pumpkin in mind but it was a bit too big for the camera frame 😁

For #showmeyourknits this week - interpretations of Light and Dark. I picked the Kaarina Shawl by Sari Nordlund for the interpretation of light. 🤍🧶 For the dark, my current WIP, Imagineur by Nadia Crétin-Léchenne, which despite it's avian influences, has a dark and fiery feel which I just love! 🧡❤️🖤
