News of Andrew Lakoff’s passing are heartbreaking. Huge contribution to advancing STS and Anthropology, their dialogues, and the social studies of pharmaceuticals and preparedness. It’s extremely rare to meet someone that smart and inspiring who’s also approachable, kind, and genuinely chill.
