To be honest, the new edition of VTM reads like someone working on their own "D&D but with mana" heartbreaker got exposed to other RPGs, and now they're mindlessly cherry-picking cool mechanics for their magnum opus.

It seems TTRPG developers have come up with their own corporate buzzwords. If I had a euro for every "cinematic role-playing with fast-paced combat" on Kickstarter, I would have quite a few extra euros now.
