I often think about the data structure used in a previous project and how it exposed/packaged a lot of useful information for use in scripting allowing anyone on the team to just prototype a new mechanic in like less then a day. The amount of stuff I just made cause I had an silly idea was wild.

I'm curious to know if other designers run into feeling handcuffed by motion matching character animations when it comes to tuning things like movement speed for agents and player controller.
