Conquered 10 of the 13 venues participating in the Preston Pub Festival today. It was a good day out with the PrestonFurs but holy heck, am I done now. Totaled 12 different alcoholic beverages today from noon until 8pm. I don't think I've drunk that much before

Taking today off work to recover was a very good idea indeed. My body is quite sore from all the exercise and I'm feeling a bit light headed, likely from being out in the sun so much. I did drink plenty of water but it was very hot and sunny while we were there. Now to do some grocery shopping...

For those who are curious about the impact on my health over the course of my holiday, well I did 168,591 steps over the 6 days which averages 28,098.5 per day. I think I've earned a rest day tomorrow. I did weigh myself and surprisingly it hasn't changed at all since I left! I guess I built muscle?

Home now, safe and sound. Which is less than I can say for Mickey who has sadly lost a hand. The good news is that it's an easy fix with a spot of glue and it'll be seamless due to the sleeve hiding the fracture

On my flight about to depart. Looking like we're 40ins late so far. Will see how that affects the arrival. Goodbye France!

I'm starting to get paranoid around kids running about. Earlier today while at Disney a kid was running about and bumped into me and face-planted the floor hard. I felt bad about it but it wasn't my fault. Now a kid is running about at the airport & again bumped into me. Fortunately they didn't fall

I'm sat here at the departure gate at Paris CdG watching everyone on my socials go nuts for the Steam Frame. As much as I'd love one, I really can't justify the cost. Especially after building a new PC, going to Disney and potentially having to pay for both ConFuzzled and NFC. Maybe next year

I'm at the airport now. The air conditioning either is non-existent or struggling as it feels like a sweaty swamp land here. I had to order a frappuccino just for an ice cold drink. It's also so hot, the wheels on my checked bag melted so those will need replacing when I get home

I've left the parks now for the last time and am now relaxing back at the hotel before I need to leave. It's been a great trip but my funds are running low and I'm missing my own bed. It's also 29C here today and I am absolutely roasting. I may regret not wearing sun cream later...

Picked up my own pair of trouble makers, Tower of Terror styled Bellhop Chip and Dale as my last souvenir of my time here. Not got long left, I'm good for rides now so just been wandering around Disney Adventure World. It's so much better than when I was here last, 2 years ago :)

Ah man, I'm so happy I don't mind showing my face. All week Chip and Dale have not been available anywhere to meet but today on my last day with hours to go, I found them meeting and happily got in line. My heart is so full now, just how I needed to end my trip 😻😻😻

So after spending the past 5 days with @macsenred.bsky.social and Hedgie, I've now said goodbye as they head home. I've got about 2 more hours so am just wandering around the parks on my own. Not really sure what to do with myself but hopefully I'll see one last character before I leave :)

Oh, I had one of those this morning and I didn't even realise it was new today :)
