PetchmoAir officially announces its interest in early-build 777-9s and that the airline has submitted its bid for a minority stake in TAP. The 777-9s will be used exclusively on the airline’s new Fargo-Funchal route (pending regulatory approval).

I know the folks at @moredotsmorelines.com are not huge fans of the “express lounge” concept, but I was impressed with the one at YUL. AC lounges there are swamped, so was nice to grab a couple just-prepared Montreal Smoked Meat (medium fat by the looks of it) on rye for my Dash8 hop to YTZ.
