Since we can’t rely on the HHS, CDC, or FDA to say it, I will: MAKE SURE YOU ARE VACCINATED AGAINST MEASLES. GET YOUR MMR. Measles cases have reached their HIGHEST point since the disease WAS ELIMINATED from the United States in 2000. We are at the tipping point for the return of ENDEMIC measles.

Scenario: You have to drive to Reno in October but your car popped its heater core. You don't have the mechanical skills to rip out your entire dashboard to get at it, but you do have an electronics lab in your living room... Wuff's got some tinkering to do.

Electronics test bench. A PTC heating element is held in front of a fan. A current shunt displays a power draw of 445 watts (11 volts, 40 amps) and a multimeter reads a temperature of 165 degrees fahrenheit. Another heating element sits on the table unconnected.
