still sweet, still delectable. chili crisp texture adds just enough crunch, like chunky peanut butter. tingly heat grows on you as you eat it. dough texture is a little stiffer than preferred but that seems to be a byproduct of the recipe/water evaporation. next time, another egg.

It amuses me how USB-PD ditched the 12V voltage profile because it was "legacy" and "not used" yet, somehow, every one of the cheapo barrel connector power supplies I've replaced in the last month has been 12VDC
