A separate appeals court ruled differently so this is going to the Supreme Court. Given Trump Jr. has been actively involved with Kalshi and Polymarket, the Supreme Court will probably give prediction markets a pass.

Asher in five@asherball.bsky.social · 3d agoThe A's just did one of the coolest things I've seen in their broadcast: Just unfiltered audio of the live director calling a Lawrence Butler plate appearance...that went about as well as they could have hoped for.
Apparently ICE arrests are at an all-time high and I'm guessing they've managed that by decentralizing. Focus on a specific urban area, and you get a lot of targeted resistance. Anyway, helpful reminder that ICE are literally everywhere and we should all be watching out for our neighbors.

You’ve got to understand the WNBA’s dilemma here: on one side are the hardcore, dedicated socially liberal fanbase who supported the league during the dark days when it was barely profitable and on the other side are the people who hate women and don’t think the WNBA should exist.
