I recently heard a university administrator say, "In 3 or 4 years when we can start getting federal grants again..." This statement assumes too much. Even with renewed funding, the infrastructure won't magically reappear for a quick return to pre-2025 operations. Someone needs a reality check.

U.S. Department of Ed Office of Educational Technology eliminated, or at least has zero staff. I’ve referenced their work a lot, including many versions of the NETP.
