This is pretty much where I am. Ya'll know that I'm more conservative than most of the folks here. But Trump v. United States changed things. An unaccountable president is a dictator. No fear of criminal prosecution for himself plus the pardon power equals the end of the Constitution.

Probably one of the pieces I’ve caught the most flak for from certain quarters, but it’s where I am as a reluctant convert. This Court really is that bad, and it is not an unthinkable apocalypse for Congress to exercise its constitutional check on it.
