here's a blocklist of artists who have hopped on the genderbend harry potter / malfoy / malfoid trend (or have made a post saying they enjoy it/are going to draw it in the future) πŸ‘‹ bsky.app/profile/did:...

NEW SCHEDULE! Up late again, my bad. Mostly a gaming week this time, though I will try to make next week more about art again. I have just been struggling to get out of a bind artistically. It's why I haven't posted here in a while. ─── β˜½β‹…βœ¦β‹…β˜Ύ ─── #NocturneAwakens

anti-furry sentiment has always tracked 1:1 onto anti-queer sentiment you can't be anti-furry without being anti-lgbt, because it's both just hating people you don't understand or relate to because you're different. US conservatives attacking furries is not a coincidence when they're so anti-trans

I know β€œhaha funny furries” but that’s a sitting US Senator standing next to a podium labeled β€œTransgenderism Is A Mental Disease” so I’m not really sure all these cis people should be crackin’ up here

New stream schedule for the week~! Gonna do both Okami and Warframe, and work on some art again. Art block has been a bitch lately, and I want to make sure it won't hold me hostage for months again. So join in on the chaos and let's have fun! ─── β˜½β‹…βœ¦β‹…β˜Ύ ─── #NocturneAwakens

On top of this, from my own experience (and others), Discord Support is mostly AI, they do not "review" anything in a timely manner or give any helpful replies at all. From what I gather a lot of these practices, retaining ID included, may be in violation of EU and UK GDPR legislation.

I’ve wanted to play The Choicer Voicer for a while now, so I’m so hyped to try it tomorrow with friends!! The question is, will I actually try to do a good job, or will I dub things over in very, very silly ways? Both. Definitely both. See you tomorrow at 8 EST on Laddi’s stream!!

Woke up to this news and I’m beyond disgusted. It’s a US *constitutional right* now to create and own β€˜CSAM,’ as long as it was made with AI?? AI gen images are built from real images, of real children. This directly re-exploits every single CSAM survivor. (More in 🧡) #abolition #trafficking

A federal judge has ruled that the First Amendment protects an individual's right to privately possess child sexual abuse content created using Al if it does not depict a real person and remains in the home. On Tuesday, Judge John Z. Lee of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th District ruled that the First Amendment protects an individual's right to privately possess images or videos of child sexual abuse created using artificial intelligence if the material does not depict a real person and remains in the home. In his ruling, Judge Lee urged the Supreme Court to reconsider the issue of virtual abuse material of children in the age of Al, suggesting that technological advances complicate existing legal precedent. The case Lee ruled on came about in 2024 when the Department of Justice brought charges against Steven Anderegg, alleging that he used Al to create thousands of explicit images of children. He was accused of breaking federal obscenity laws by producing, distributing and possessing obscene visual depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct. Anderegg sought to have the possession and production charges dismissed under the First Amendment. Last year, a judge in the Western District of Wisconsin agreed to dismiss the possession charge, prompting the federal prosecutors to appeal. Lee, in his ruling upholding the lower court's decision, cited the precedent set by Supreme Court rulings from 1969 and 2002. One held that individuals have a right to possess obscenity in the privacy of their home. The other found that "virtual" child sexual abuse material, not depicting a real person is not child pornography.
