There are lots of issues to address in education, absolutely none of them can be helped with "AI". In fact, use of "AI" by students has shown nothing but massive nosedives in skills like information retention, comprehension, and more.

Once you notice this, it's the most obvious double standard in the political press. Democrats have to answer for the smallest voice even if it has no actual tie to them, but Republicans never have to answer for the insanely racist billionaire donor driving their entire party.

If there's one thing public school teachers definitely have it's another 6hrs in the day to teach kids how to use a useless tech that'll sap their cognitive abilities.

This is why I find so enervating the old centrist two-step; “Republicans are an existential threat to our democracy, and we will work together with them to find bipartisan solutions—as the voters desire” the fuck we do. We desire consequences and repercussions. We desire investigations and trials.

The challenge as I see it: 1) making sure the election isn’t stolen; 2) cementing this unpopularity not as a unique Trump feature, but as an intrinsic part of the Republican brand. Republicans must be made equal to failure, corruption, incompetence, cruelty, and authoritarianism in the public mind.
