なんか 昔は毎日のように出かけて 出勤や買いものもして、 病院にも定期的に通って、 自炊もできていたのに いつからか出るのが重たくなって 仕事もリモートになって 得た分、なくしたものもあるなって 出たら絶対気分上がるのに 重たくてほとんどの日は家を出ずじまい 難しい
