My biggest battle w/ Pierre over the baby is his insistence on entering bottle feeds in ounces in the app we use. Every time I enter a bottle feed I have to change the unit & I swear one day I’m going to snap and end up pouring a bottle over his head while screaming about how many ounces it is. 🍼 👶🏼🍼

The week before Passover: Pierre made a brisket last night (he’s bummed he’s got to miss James‘s first Seder) I had matzo brei for breakfast And then I made a chicken pot pie with puff pastry, the most leavened of leavened products 😂😂😂😂

I haven’t been posting or even scrolling over here because I’m busy with the baby, but also Threads is more fun for how unhinged it is… But today is James’s 4 month birthday, so I thought I’d share the cuteness!

2nd HIIT workout of the week done! Last week I did 2 HIIT workouts & 2 erg classes. But I think I’ve got to give up erg classes for now. They take up too much time, & there’s not enough flexibility on when I can do them….oh well, I’m going to try and keep up the HIITs & try to get cardio at the J.
Either he likes the smell of the baby, or he’s trying to get the baby to like his smell… Either way it’s adorable 🐶❤️👶🏼

Did another erg class! Interesting workout of 30 secs on 30 secs off, 7x, going up and then down with ratings from the 26 to a 32. Then a 4 minute break and we did it again, 4 break and we did it again! I feel like my splits weren’t great, but my coach said, “look at those splits, you’re back!”😊

“From Shushan to Tehran” Such a nice surprise to find a Purim basket on my porch today!
I went to an erg class! I was in the beginner class do I got to be the model for everyone to follow. The warmup was drills and then the main workout was a 29 min piece, 10/7/5/3/3/1, starting at 20spm, going up by 2. My splits were nowhere near what they were pre-pregnancy, but not terrible!

Baby’s first flight….James liked the British Airways lounge and he appreciated the turn down service and inflight entertainment 🤪. The pilot was lovely too!
