Coffee may influence mood & stress through the gut microbiome, not just caffeine. A new paper in 𝑵𝒂𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 studied 31 coffee & non coffee drinkers. Both caffeinated & decaf coffee were linked to lower stress & mood scores, alongside shifts in gut microbes & metabolites. 📰 buff.ly/VwaUKiX
