finally saw THE ODYSSEY and my biggest complaint is that odysseus’ crew didn’t spend the back half of the movie constantly talking about that time they got turned into pigs. i feel like i would never stop bringing it up.

I get why you'd want to do this, and I obviously can't stop you from doing it. But please know I repost artists, authors, creative things, and things I think people will laugh at/enjoy like memes and weird shit. I think it's important in the place with "no algorithm" to support our own in this way

Hello, internet died & we’ve been offline for a week, which has been been nice if unprofitable Anyway have me time to work on our new logo, couple of minor bits to fix so probably shouldn’t be sticking it up yet but hey too late to start being professional & pretty happy with it, so anyway, voila!

The new WYRD science logo, with the name written in a kind of flowing psychedelic script and or like the Muppets logo just with the S a sinuous dragon shape, anyway we think it’d look good on the side of a van, front of a t-shirt or top of a magazine cover

The problem is that being offensive isn't only way easier than being funny or charismatic—literally a child could do it, we all know how—it also DRIVES MORE TRAFFIC than being funny or charismatic. When the monoculture fragmented, entire branches of entertainment restructured around pissing us off.
