Please always say "pregnant people" or "pregnant persons" instead of "pregnant women". In addition to being trans-inclusive (bonus!), it humanizes women. These terms are repugnant to fascists, not because they're inclusive, but because they don't want to be reminded that women are actually people.
One thing I see a lot in Lyon, France, that I rarely witnessed anywhere in the USA is pure, unadulterated joy.

Doing a deep dive into CSS gap decorations. Percentage values for cap segment endpoint insets are relative to the gap the endpoint abuts, which is `0` if at a container edge; the gap's width otherwise. I spend hours figuring this kind of stuff, then write a single sentence about it on MDN.

In CSS, the initial value for `animaton-range-*` is `normal`. developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/W.... My question is: does `normal` always mean `cover 0%` / `cover 100%`, so can we substitute `normal` for `cover` in discussions, or might it have some other meaning? Anyone know? @bram.us maybe?

They turned her over to ICE, who shackled her & took her an hour away. Even after a lawyer convinced ICE of the woman's citizenship the sheriff says they did no wrong
