We already live in the world without safety rails, and also the people who make your food and medicine are heavily incentivized to cut corners wherever possible. Eliminating the profit motive would do more to keep your meds safe than any degree of regulation on top of a private industry.

Whenever people ask “who will regulate food and medicine to keep them safe under Anarchism?” I think about things like this, the Tuskeegee experiments, and the ‘supplement’ industry.
