Well seeing as for most of if not all of human history it was common knowledge that when you exchanged currency for goods and services than the goods are yours and the seller just couldn’t arbitrarily just take it back. Which sounds reasonable to me and I would argue EVERYONE ELSE ON THE PLANET.
