I'm at an interesting stage where I have 15 Discworld books left but only 2 sets of guests confirmed (& 1 of those is for next year). I guess that I need to start planning in terms of reaching out to more guests.

Im attending my 1st Eastercon (& my 1st SF/F convention) this weekend. Friday was 3 for 4 in terms of panels mentioning Terry Pratchett. I always forget just how popular Pratchett was, even at events full of fans of SFF.
Your mileage may vary on how long you can listen to me talk. I get it. But... Granny Weatherwax vs vampires! Pratchett vs fascism! Verence vs Big Aggie's brose! Mark vs keeping me on topic! Carpe Jugulum is dark, weird, creepy and hilarious. Hope we did it justice.
