The passage of time... while visiting Vietnam I made sure I went to the Aussie Task Force Base at Nui Dat and the battlefield site of Long Tan. As well as doing a Uni thesis on Aussie Forces in Vietnam I also crossed paths with Vietnam veterans still in service while I was a reservist in late 80s..
