Die Machtübernahme durch Fico hat für die UA relativ begrenzte Auswirkungen. Er macht jetzt viel Lärm, aber mit dem Machtwechsel in Polen ist auch sein Einfluss nicht übertrieben gross geworden.

Most of what would be sent now is ammo, including ammo madde by CSG - but IIRC Fico's friend runs it. A potential negative effect: Orban might have a co-vetoer against EU funds.

I can see a lot of ways in which, both literally and figuratively the fog of war can give rise to a chloropicrin claim. Indeed, mistaking a tear gas for something more sinister is one of the reasons that the Chemical Weapons Convention bans tear gas in warfare.
Some tweets about this stuff use these claims to also claim "XYZ unit doesn't have masks". Let me see if I can explain this is clear language: If true, you are highlighting a vulnerability to the enemy and you need to not do that.
OK. A bit of thread on Chloropicrin chemical warfare rumours, replicated from the other bad place. A few days ago, I promised a bit of a thread on alleged chloropicrin incidents in the Russia / Ukraine conflict.
This is a perfect example -- Ukraine needs to get those F-16s delivered asap so that Russians can start claiming they're shooting them down by the dozen.

Not surprising for us, but even now, the West finds it difficult to accept that Russian political parties, major companies, Russian Orthodox church, Russian foreign service, or nearly any other such Russian institutions don't lead a fully independent existence. They're fronts for security services.
