I have not had any updates from Valve since filling out a non-commercial license template for #portal : Alive & Kicking a few months ago. The game is done, but we do not have the ability to release it on Steam.

Valve has been very helpful with helping us release Portal: Alive & Kicking. It's a free mod so we're not top of the stack. Hopefully I've filled out everything correctly so there'll be minimal delays.
I like waiting multiple weeks for Steamworks to not respond to the question in my help tickets.
