Teachers… there will be times that you invest yourself into a student who desperately needs you... and you get burned. Don’t be too discouraged. It happens to everyone. And do not be deterred in your commitment to making a difference. We are planting seeds. We don’t always see the harvest.

Teams aren’t ready made. A team grows into working together well as they learn how to learn as a unit. Great teams I’ve known learn to be vulnerable, value/welcome differences, help others succeed, look out for each other, get past lone ranger egos, love each other, imperfections and all. #Bfc530
