I've been telling folks all week that the Supreme Court could just completely blow the 5pm deadline in the mifepristone case today. But I always thought it was kind of just a silly little joke to tell them. Welp, here we are....

I haven't been following the birthright citizenship case, but after spending the last year writing about fetal personhood, it strikes me that the right is trying to read birth out of the 14A in both directions. Immigrants born here shouldn't get rights but fetuses not yet born should.
