I’ve been playing Fortnite for about 5 years now, since Season 2 Chapter 6. It’s really a shame how the leadership there has destroyed the company. They make literally billions of dollars in profit a year and still mismanaged the company so bad they had to laid off 1000 people & raise V-buck prices

Ok, I ranted a lot about Crimson Desert the other day but maybe I’m starting to turn the corner. Got to chapter 3 and there’s some semblance of a story now. It’s not great, but at least I understand why I’m doing things.

Man, I had to get back on Bluesky so I had somewhere to bitch about Crimson Desert! Wtf is this game? I’m convinced the hype was just paid astroturfing. How can anyone think this is good?

Expedition 33 may be one of my favorite games ever. The turn in the story where you find out the truth about the world was so well done and satisfying that I clapped. The characters, music, everything was top notch.

Am I the only one who doesn’t really like the new Spider-Man costume? The raised webbing is ok, but not really a fan of the overly large spider symbol in the middle. I realize it’s come in all shapes in sizes over the history of the comics but I’m not loving it. IMO Homecoming’s costume was peak

My gf and I got the #platinumtrophy for “It Takes Two”. I thought it was a weird pick for game of the year at the time but wow what a lovely game with such creative level design and puzzles. It absolutely deserved game of the year! 5/5 ⭐️ #ItTakesTwo #Playstation5

Finally got the platinum trophy for Assassins Creed: Shadows. Like most Ubisoft games the story is just so so, but the environments are gorgeous and it’s fun to run around feudal Japan. It was definitely an improvement on Valhalla. 3/5 ⭐️ #AssassinsCreedShadows #PlatinumTrophy

I really enjoyed the new #Superman movie! The hopeful vibe felt right for the character and unlike real life it was nice to see the evil narcissistic billionaire face some justice. As someone from Cincinnati, I also really appreciated that the Hall of Justice is our old Museum Center. So cool! 4/5⭐️

Last month I got the platinum for Stellar Blade. To be honest I wasn’t expecting to like it as much as I did. This game does have some issues, but overall the gameplay (with just enough difficulty to be hard but not frustrating) and a really interesting world make this a must play. 4/5 ⭐️

I saw the new Captain America movie when it came out. It wasn’t bad, but as many commentators pointed out it would have been so much better if the big plot twist of the movie, Red Hulk, hadn’t been spoiled in the trailers. 3/5 ⭐️

Oh please please i am begging, don't use generative AI for any reason if you can avoid it. It's being marketed as a quick time-saver, but it's messy, inaccurate, it is putting entire industries of people out of work, and the environmental impacts (energy and water usage) are huge and debilitating.
