I regret to inform you that life with #ADHD does not, in fact, “settle down.” Whatever you’ve got on hold until it does, maybe put on your cal for tomorrow. Even if it’s just 5 minutes worth of whatever the activity is. Those w/ADHD deserve to enjoy life, too.
