World Bipolar Day 2026

World Bipolar Day takes place on 30 March every year. It raises awareness, tackles stigma, and shows people living with bipolar that they are not alone.

It's been fabulous, truly, to have this past couple of weeks free of suicidal feelings. I attribute that to med changes that lowered depression, constantly challenging negative thinking, and helpful therapy from both my psychiatrist and therapist. Support from family and a good cat are also key.
