monday morning example of random crap I have to do as an academic... my 8m2 of floor space in a side room is not on the building cleaners rota so they won't clean it, even though a sweep of the mop would take c.2 minutes so this morning I am mopping my lab floor

So....these data show that there is a difference between the blue and purple groups. The p value is insane, around 10^-17. But their n....is two. Nowhere in the methods can I find a model for the stats, the legend says 'wilcoxon pairs' and the methods say 't-tests and ANOVAs'. This is in Nature 🧪

so I have taken one of my dogs beds out of its cover to wash said cover and am currently sat with the pillow next to me whilst the machine runs and it has this slightly warm but not unpleasant dog funk and i honestly can't get enough of it....it's such a great smell! #dogsofbluesky
