I don't want to hear ever again about seeking mental health resources ever again, when I had them in California, my privacy was violated. When I had them in Nevada, my privacy was violated, I don't know why anyone thinks a red state would give a shit about mental health in a death cult
So, when I ruminate, it's not about whether their actions were wrong, these people were absolutely evil, it's, what is the benefit of allowing both my family *and* bad actors the ability to gaslight me and then turn around and decry about how policing people's bodies is bad, except when they do it.
Like the game is, everyone doubts whether you're mentally ill so better play it safe and try to constantly recreate the extreme conditions in which you would be hospitalized. Youre a fed, a cop, you're a plant, all the things that a manic person would believe about themselves during a crisis.
