I’ve been screening our documentary with organizing communities in the South. So far, the organizers mention data centers first at every single event. From racial justice orgs to old school activists who don’t usually think about tech policy. This has legs.

I’m watching an episode of Independent Lens called “Flood” and this man reminds me of my father in many ways (though my dad was very affectionate & this dad isn’t). Worth watching if you have PBS Passport and come from an evangelical background that you have since left.

Just got rejected for the Write On, Door County residency! And what a kind rejection it was. Disappointed to not be spending a week of my life in Wisc., but rejection is part of being an artist. OR SO I AM TOLD.

My team alone at Jewish Plays Project has read 136 plays this summer (total, not each). We have six teams. Now we are way ahead of everyone else but that also means that we as an entity have read more than 400 plays.
