Acting by himself (as Circuit Justice for the Eighth Circuit), Justice Kavanaugh has *denied* Missouri's (fairly ridiculous) emergency application asking #SCOTUS to put back into effect its 2026 gerrymander. The Missouri Supreme Court's ruling that reverted back to the 2022 map will stand.
